Using the Session Info report from LCvista, NASBA has approved the sample program list template attached below.  We recommend including the following columns in the report:

1.  
   1. Program Name
   2. Start Datetime & End Datetime columns
      1. NASBA just needs a date of the program, start and end date (time isn't required)
      2. Asynchronous programs such as Nano Learning and QAS Self Study do not need any date listed.
   3. Level
   4. Sponsor- NASBA does not NEED to have a column for the sponsor, but organizations may want to add that for ease in sorting through the programs on the report.
   5. Delivery Method
   6. Total Available Credit
   7. All Fields of Study columns (or Session Fields of Study)
