Please note that due to our agreements with third-party content providers, we are unable to offer refunds after a content purchase has been completed. It is the purchaser's responsibility to utilize the content within the specified timeframe. Once the content has expired or the purchase term has concluded, it will no longer be accessible, and no refunds or credits will be issued.
Purchased Content Enrollment Policy:
Purchased self-study content from Content Marketplace will not allow unenrollment in scenarios where the user has launched the content. Content that is enrolled but not started or other delivery methods, are not part of this change.
