Session engagement reports (polling and Q&A data) can be collected in bulk for some or all sessions instead of downloading the data individually per session.

Please Note: To help streamline our product, we recently updated how you bulk download Polling + Social Q&A data.

Also Note: We are unable to restore any data that is permanently deleted. Please use caution when deleting data from the site, and archive or hide wherever possible: Archive and Restore Event Sessions.

Select Sessions & Download Data

1. Go your app's administrative settings page.

2. Click on Manage Sessions.

3. Select all sessions, or select specific sessions, using the checkboxes next to each session name.

4. Click Download in the selected session action bar.

5. In the modal popup, click Download Session Engagement Reports.

6. Wait while the reports are gathered.

7. When all selected reports are gathered, a ZIP containing the files will automatically be downloaded to your computer.

8. We recommend opening the ZIP and confirming that the session engagement reports are present as expected.
