Add Live Content Slides to a PowerPoint Presentation

There are three methods to add polls, Social Q&A, Team Battle, Trivia Battle, and evaluation live content slides from Conferences i/o to a PowerPoint presentation using Live Content Slides.

From within the Session

Manually insert slide codes in presenter notes

 

Download All Live Content Slides

From within the Session

  1. Sign-in to a Session as a Moderator
  2. Click Session Settings
  3. Click Add Live Content to Presentation Slides

     
  4. Click Download All Live Content Slides to download the slides
     

  5. Open the downloaded PowerPoint file

  6. Copy-and-paste or drag-and-drop the live content slides slides from the PPTX file to the target presentation
     

From Manage Sessions in the Admin panel

  1. Sign-in to the Admin panel
  2. Click Manage Sessions
  3. Click Download, then click Download Live Content Slides

  4. Open the downloaded PowerPoint file

  5. Copy-and-paste or drag-and-drop the live content slides slides from the PPTX file to the target presentation

Alternatively, Administrators can now bulk-download session information that contains session QR codes, live content slides, or codewords slides.

  1. From the Manage Sessions page, when selecting multiple sessions, administrators can now access a new Download option that will apply only to specified sessions.

Insert Conferences i/o Slide using the add-in

  1. Sign-in to a Session as a Moderator
  2. Click Session Settings
  3. Click Add Live Content to PowerPoint
  4. Scroll down to the Slides Codes for this Session section

     
  5. Copy the slide code corresponding to the Live Content Slide to add
  6. In PowerPoint, and click the Conferences i/o ribbon (1), then click Insert Conferences i/o Slide (2)

     
  7. Paste the code in the pop-up, then click OK

 

Manually insert slide codes in presenter notes

  1. Sign-in to a Session as a Moderator
  2. Click Session Settings
  3. Click Add Live Content to PowerPoint
  4. Scroll down to the Slides Codes for this Session section

     
  5. Copy the slide code corresponding to the Live Content Slide to add
  6. Open the speaker notes for the desired slide

  7. In the speaker notes, add the <cnf> tag, paste in a slide code, and a closing </cnf> tag

    <cnf>SLIDECODE</cnf>
