Find the installed version of the Windows PowerPoint Add-In 

This article only applies to the Windows OS. These instructions will not work with macOS.

If you need to determine which version of the Conferences i/o Windows PowerPoint Add-In is installed on your Windows PC, follow these steps after opening any PowerPoint presentation file.

 

  1. Click the Conferences i/o ribbon

    Note: If you don't see the Conferences i/o ribbon, that the Conferences i/o Windows PowerPoint Add-In is either not installed on your computer, or the installation was damaged.

     

  2. Click Help in the Conferences i/o ribbon
     
  3. A dialog box will pop up with the currently installed version

     
  4. Click OK to dismiss the dialog
