Can I upload the presentation into Webex and still use live content slides?
No. Live content slides require the PowerPoint add-in or Presentation Mode to function properly. When uploaded directly to Webex, Webex acts as the presentation player and does not display live content slides.

Either will work, but it may be easier for attendees to point directly to a specific session to avoid confusion when selecting a session.
