Overview

You can change the name of a program in LCvista at any time before issuing certificates of completion. This flexibility allows you to use placeholder names when creating programs in advance, which can be updated later once the final title is determined.

Steps

1. Navigate to Manage Training to locate the program you wish to rename.
2. Search for the program using the available filters if necessary.
3. Click on the row action icon (three dots) next to the program.
4. Select Edit Program from the dropdown menu.
5. Update the Program Name field with the new title.
6. Click Save to apply the changes.

Tips

Ensure that the program name is finalized before issuing any certificates of completion, as new certificates would need to be sent to participants again.
