If you're experiencing issues with LumiQ access or credits due to your account being linked to a personal email, follow these steps to resolve the problem.

Begin on the login page: https://app.lumiqlearn.com/login
- If you know your password, skip to step 3.
- If you do not know your password, begin by selecting reset password and entering your personal email
- Access Your Personal Email to receive the password reset link. Follow the instructions to create a new password. If you cannot find it, check your spam or junk folder.
- Log into LumiQ: Once your password is reset, log into your LumiQ account using your personal email and the new password.

View LumiQ Profile: In LumiQ, go to your profile.
- Update Your Email: Edit your email to match your firm's email, which is associated with your LCvista account. You can set your recovery email to your personal email. This ensures seamless integration and access across platforms.
