To access the LCvista Support & Resources widget, navigate to the lower right corner of the LCvista platform and click on the question mark icon. This widget is available for all Default Administrators.
The Support & Resources tool provides access to several key resources, including:
- Search for help or directly access the Knowledge Base for guides and instructions
- Product Walkthroughs
- LCv Academy for platform training and additional resources.
- The Updates & Feedback section:

- New Product Updates in the Changelog
- Ideas Portal for feature enhancements feedback
- Client Community to connect with peers in the industry.
