When you complete a session in LCvista and are enrolled in another session in the same program, you will encounter a message stating 'Caution: passed session status already exists...'. This ensures compliance with NASBA standards and prevents credits from being applied more than once.
This message is an intentional part of our workflow to adhere to NASBA and jurisdictional guidelines, ensuring that credit is not awarded more than once for the same course within a reporting period.
In some cases, such as with QAS Self Study sessions, if you have already passed a Group-Live session, you might see your status as Incomplete even after passing the session. This occurs unless an Admin manually adjusts your status to Passed. If you believe your status is incorrect, contact your administrator for assistance.
