LCvista does not have a specific retention period. Each LCvista tenant is provisioned with an isolated, dedicated database to ensure data separation and security. Data retention and deletion policies for customer-generated data are managed by the tenants themselves, in accordance with their internal governance requirements. LCvista does not proactively delete customer data.
