1. Download each poll question separately from the Microsoft Teams meeting. As the meeting organizer or co-presenter, you will need to export these results.
2. Ensure each poll is its own separate file for accurate data capture.
3. Upload each file into the raw data report area in LCvista. You can upload multiple files at once to streamline the process.

Additional Tips:

• The Completion Data report includes attendance data only for the time attended during the session start and end times in LCvista.

• Use a unique Teams meeting link for each session for accurate record-keeping.
