When a program is archived in LCvista, it is automatically removed from all catalogs and the Manage Training view. However, this does not affect users who are already enrolled or have a status in the program. If they are enrolled in an archived program or have any status, they will still have access to it as before.

Archived programs will not appear in the default views of Calendar or Learning Catalog. However, they remain accessible through:

• Transcript
• My Learning
• Compliance
