Navigation Menu Updates - 3/4/2026

We have released updates to the left‑hand navigation pages, specifically: My Learning, My Compliance, My Approval Requests, and a new Content section.

These changes affect how you will access Transcript within My Learning and Compliance Details within My Compliance, as well as how you Submit External Credit and access your Approvals.

 

My Learning & Transcript

The main change for this menu is that the Transcript has moved into My Learning and will no longer appear as a standalone item in the left navigation.

What this means for your firm

  • Compliance‑only firms not using Transcript
    No changes. You will not see any updates.

  • Compliance‑only firms using Transcript
    The left navigation item currently labeled Transcript is now renamed My Learning. You will continue to access your transcript from this location.

  • Firms using both CPE Compliance and the LMS feature suite
    The transcript has moved from the left navigation into a new Transcript tab within My Learning.
    If your firm already exposes Activities, Programs, or Learning Plans, these tabs will remain visible within My Learning.

My Compliance

The main changes for this menu are:

  • The left‑hand Compliance menu has been renamed My Compliance and will display a new icon.

  • Compliance Details has been removed from the left‑hand navigation and will instead be accessible through a View Details button within My Compliance.

  • The My Jurisdictions button has moved from the My Profile menu to the updated My Compliance page.

What this means for your firm

  • Firms using the CPE Compliance tool
    Compliance Details no longer appears in the left‑hand navigation as a standalone menu. You will access this form by selecting My Compliance and clicking View Details.

  • Firms allowing professionals to view (and edit) their jurisdiction information
    The option to manage jurisdiction details now appears as Manage My Jurisdictions within My Compliance. The My Jurisdictions link no longer appears in the profile dropdown.

 

My Approval Requests & External Credit

  • If workflows where approval is required are enabled on your site, My Approval Requests appears in the left-hand menu. Applicable workflows are External Credit, Credit Modification, or Jurisdiction Modification.

  • If approval is required for External Credit, you will access the Request External Credit option from the My Approval Requests page.

  • If user-managed external credit is enabled for a site, but approval is not required, you will continue to access the Submit External Credit option from the My Profile menu.

 

Content section

  • We have reorganized the left-hand navigation menu to consolidate all content-related pages into a separate section for easy browsing. This change aims to isolate relevant training in a clearly labeled, visually consistent location, enabling administrators to find courses efficiently and without confusion.

  • Included in this reorganization will be: Calendar, Catalog, and Marketplace. These menus will appear based on your site settings and permissions.
