New Management Navigation - Coming Friday, April 10th

New Management Section

A new Management section will consolidate several existing menus. The following items will appear here, including renamed menus where applicable:

  • Training (formerly Manage Training)

  • Users (formerly People)

  • Attendees (formerly Manage Attendees)

  • Firm Compliance

  • Approval Requests (formerly Approvals)

  • Reports

  • Catalogs

  • Notifications

 

Training (formerly Manage Training)

  • Only the menu name has changed.

 

Users (formerly People)

  • People becomes Users, with People as the default tab.

  • A new Add Person button appears in the top right.

  • Admin Roles and Groups move into their own tabs within the Users menu.

 

Attendees (formerly Manage Attendees)

  • The Internal tab becomes the default view.

  • Firms using Multisite will also see a Subscribers tab.

 

Approval Requests (formerly Approvals)

  • Includes an Approval Workflow Settings button in the top right, linking to the relocated workflow settings page.

 

Catalogs

  • Includes a Catalog Settings button in the top right, linking to the Catalog Settings page.

 

Notifications

  • Includes an Add Notification button.

  • Admins with the appropriate permissions will also see Notification Settings, now a consolidated page combining settings previously found under User Experience and Organization Settings.

 

 

Updates to the Organization Section

We are also renaming and reorganizing the Organization section to improve clarity and consistency:

  • The section header becomes Administration.

  • Menu order is updated to include:

    • Evaluations

    • Sponsors

    • Venues

    • Custom Tags

    • Integration Providers

    • Multisite (if configured)

    • Task History

    • Bulk Uploads

    • Site Settings

    • Transactions (if configured)

 

 

Several menu titles are updated for clarity:

  • Integration Provider Configurations → Integration Providers

  • Multisite Management → Multisite

  • Task Queue → Task History

  • Bulk Upload Requests → Bulk Uploads

  • {org name} → Site Settings

Along with updates to the Settings Menu

  • The left‑hand label changes from Settings to Site Settings.

  • The page title becomes Site Settings.

  • Tab renames include:

    • Organization Settings → General

    • User Experience → Learner View

    • Custom Fields → Custom User Fields

  • The default tab becomes General.
