If your learning content has changed and you need to edit a session to update the existing SCORM package file, you can also designate how to handle users with incomplete progress:

• Keep incomplete users on the current version: Retain user progress on the older content version.
• Move incomplete users to the new version: Always move existing registrations to the newest content version.

Once the new file has been uploaded, you will be prompted to select how users with incomplete progress should be handled. This ensures that all users have access to the most current learning materials while maintaining their progress records as needed.

Users that have a Complete status on the program will see the old version if relaunched. Users that do not have a status on the program will access the new version.

Please Note: This setting only applies to SCORM packages. xAPI and AICC packages are not affected.
