LCvista currently does not support waiving individual programs directly. However, you can adjust the overall required units for milestones as a workaround. This method allows you to effectively manage program requirements without waiving specific programs.
To adjust milestone requirements, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the user's account in LCvista.
Go to the Assignments tab and click on the Learning Plans tab
Click on Show All Milestones under the relevant learning plan you wish to adjust.
This action will open the milestone details. Locate and click edit on the milestone you need to adjust.
Choose the option to adjust milestone requirements.
Modify the requirements to match the desired criteria and click Save
You will see that adjustments have been made to this user's requirements for that milestone.
By following these steps, you can adjust milestone requirements to accommodate specific needs, providing a flexible solution when direct program waivers are not available.
