LCvista Policy: In-firm Requirements Service

LCvista supports over 1,100 jurisdictions and certifications within the platform. Many firms also have training and compliance requirements that are specific to their firm. Examples include:

  • Firm-specific standards for:
    • PCAOB
    • Yellow Book
    • AICPA
    • AICPA EBPAQC
  • Internal policy tracking
  • CAS requirements
  • Independence training
  • Internet security
  • Harassment prevention
  • Administrator non-CPE training

This policy outlines service scope, timelines, and customer responsibilities for the In-firm Requirements Service. The policy also includes considerations for customers who may already have in-firm requirements.

Service Scope

Customers that are interested in firm-specific requirements may purchase the In-firm Requirements Service, subject to availability. The service includes:

  • Guidance on in-firm requirements best practices
  • Implementation of your in-firm requirements in LCvista software
  • Ongoing qualification and mapping of new content in LCvista software to the specifications of your in-firm requirements
  • Up to two updates to requirements every 12 months

Customers may have multiple sets of in-firm requirements. A separate fee applies to each discrete set of in-firm requirements. Customers may contact Sales or their Account Manager for current pricing.

Prior In-firm Requirements

In‑firm requirements implemented or requested prior to January 31, 2026 will continue to be supported under the pricing terms in effect at the time of initial request. These in-firm requirements are subject to a maximum of two modifications per year.

All requests for new in-firm requirements made on or after January 31, 2026 are subject to current pricing.

Timeline Transparency

  • New In-firm Requirements Request: For new customers, in-firm requirements are typically configured during implementation. Standard implementation timelines range from 10–12 weeks. For existing customers requesting new in-firm requirements, requirements typically go live within 10–30 business days after completion of the intake form. Timing may vary based on complexity, team availability, and approval requirements.
  • Modification In-firm Requirements Request: Modifications are typically completed within 30 business days from confirmed receipt of the request. Timing may vary based on complexity, team availability, and approval requirements.

Customer Responsibilities & Update Requests

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the in‑firm requirements they define meet their objectives and comply with applicable regulatory, legal, and other requirements. LCvista does not review, validate, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of such requirements.

Customers may make two modifications to in-firm requirements every 12 months. Customers are responsible for submitting modification requests when changes are needed. LCvista will not modify in-firm requirements without explicit customer direction.
