Assigning a Program

Assigning a program requires users to complete the assignment. Users should receive the program assignment notification, which requires them to enroll and complete the assignment.

Note: Users must enroll in the assigned program to complete the assignment; they are not automatically enrolled.

Inviting to a Program

Inviting professionals to a program allows them the option to enroll and complete the program.

• Users can be invited via the program invitation notification, which typically includes multiple sessions. It allows the user to select which session they are available to attend and enroll in that specific session.
• Users can alternatively be invited at the session level via the session invitation notification, allowing users to enroll in the specific session.

Note: Users must enroll in the invited program in order to receive the session enrollment notification (if enabled) which contains the calendar appointment.
