How to remove a Learning Plan from a user's account once they have registered

To remove a user registration from a Learning Plan, either the user or the admin should follow these steps:

NOTE: Admin must view as the user to remove the registration from the user's account.

  1. Navigate to My Learning and locate the Learning Plan
  2. Select the View Details on the Learning Plan, then click on Update registration
  3. Scroll to the bottom to select the option to delete registration.
  4. Confirm that the Learning Plan is removed from the user's My Learning page.

If the user was also assigned, you will need to remove the user's assignment from the Learning Plan.
