Overview
Administrators can now send a one-off custom email directly to an individual professional from the User’s People table, without needing to configure a notification template or tie the message to a specific system event like an enrollment or completion.
This is useful for ad hoc communications such as welcome messages for new hires, onboarding instructions, or any situation where you need to reach a user outside of an automated workflow.
