How to Set Up Monthly Compliance Report Notifications

Creating monthly compliance report notifications in LCvista involves setting up automatic email alerts in the Notifications hub. Follow these steps to ensure your team stays informed about upcoming jurisdiction and CPE deadlines.

Setting Up Jurisdiction Deadline Email Notifications

  1. Access the Notifications hub in your LCvista account.
  2. Create a new notification and select Jurisdiction Deadline notification type from the event drop-down.
  3. Customize the notification template to include variable tags, such as $REPORT_NAME, $DOWNLOAD_LINK, $EXPIRE_DAYS, and $REPORT_DATE.
  4. Select the checkbox for Send Emails Automatically, set the trigger either x days before or after the deadline, and specify the number of days relative to a deadline that the notification should be sent.
  5. Save the notification template.
