A feature of Conferences i/o is the ability to automatically launch polls during a presentation with Live Content Slides, and collect attendee responses with the advancement of a slide.
Install the Add-In
The PowerPoint Add-In must be installed before testing or presenting. If you haven't already, install the Add-In by selecting your operating system below:
Note: If you're only creating the polls and not presenting, you don't need to install the PowerPoint Add-In.

Follow these steps to download and insert the live content slides into your existing PowerPoint presentation: Add Live Content Slides to a PowerPoint Presentation.
Test
A crucial step in the preparation process of using live content slides in advance of the event is to test using slides from a sample session or from the actual scheduled session.
Important Note: In order for the live content slides to spring into action, the below requirements must be met:
Must share your whole screen (for virtual meetings).
Must use the PowerPoint program (not PowerPoint online).
- Must share the presentation in Slide Show mode (not presenter view).
