LCvista and LumiQ Learn have partnered to develop a dedicated feed of LumiQ programs for subscribing firms. LumiQ provides NASBA-approved CPE through podcasts featuring expert guests and real stories.

WHAT TO KNOW

Program Delivery — Programs are maintained via LCvista's multisite feature: LumiQ pushes its programs directly to your site, and they sync automatically into a user-facing catalog.

Staying Current — LumiQ sends updates on an ongoing basis, including new program additions and enrollment end date changes. Programs drop out of the catalog automatically once their enrollment window closes and no other active sessions are available for that program.

Catalog Maintenance — The LumiQ Learn catalog is self-maintaining, so you won't need to manually track or remove expired programs there. That said, if shared programs are in learning plans or additional catalogs of your own, those aren't auto-synced; you're responsible for keeping them current.

Technical Details — As these are podcasts, launching LumiQ programs will take users directly to the corresponding LumiQ program on LumiQ’s site, where users will need to log in. You will need to provide LumiQ with your LCvista API key for completions to be sent to LCvista.

Can completions from LumiQ's LMS sync with LCvista?

Yes! Since you share your API key with LumiQ, completions from the LumiQ Learn platform will sync with LCvista within 48 hours.

How can access be managed?

LumiQ uses the user groups attached to the LumiQ Learn catalog to map users to your firm’s LumiQ account. This catalog can be managed using LCvista’s user groups.

What notifications are available?

Administrators can create a saved report that shows programs created in the last 30 days, 90 days, quarter, or year.

Are Canadian CPD credits Supported?

LumiQ only transmits CPE credit information, which will automatically map to Canadian jurisdictions. For CPD-only programs (offering no CPE equivalent), credit will need to be entered using the external credit workflow.
