Social Q&A Moderator Guide

With Conferences i/o, audience members can ask questions in real-time. The presenter could review and respond to the questions in Social Q&A towards the end of their session but the value of the time dedicated to Q&A is maximized when someone additional is available to moderate Q&A throughout the session.

For session Moderators, we have the following Social Q&A training guide available as both a PDF and Google Slides presentation. Both formats include this 3-minute walkthrough video. PDF version available for download at the end of this article.
