Service Scope
Managed Content Service is available for purchase, subject to availability. Scope includes:
Initial Content Upload
LCvista coordinates with the customer and supported third-party content provider to populate the customer’s LCvista environment with their third-party purchased content.
Ongoing Content Updates
LCvista adds new or updated content to the customer’s catalog as it is received from the supported content provider. This ensures learners have access to current materials.
Update Notifications
LCvista notifies firm administrators when we add new content to catalogs. Notifications for Becker and LumiQ content follow separate processes and are not communicated by LCvista. To ensure that LCvista does not disrupt the firm's internal content management processes, this service does not include removal of expired content from catalogs, learning plans, or user program assignments.
Customers may have multiple managed content providers. A separate fee applies to each provider managed by LCvista. Customers may contact Sales or their Account Manager for current pricing.

Prior Managed Content Providers
Managed content implemented or requested prior to January 31, 2026 will continue to be supported under the pricing terms in effect at the time of initial request.
All requests for new managed content providers made on or after January 31, 2026 are subject to current pricing.
Timeline Transparency
Initial content uploads are typically completed during customer implementation. Standard implementation timelines range from 10–12 weeks.
For existing customers requesting a new managed content vendor, initial content uploads are typically completed within 30 business days from confirmed receipt of the request. Timing may vary based on content volume, third-party content provider responsiveness, and team availability.
Content updates are processed on a recurring basis as new materials are provided by the third-party content provider. Timing may vary based on third-party content provider delivery schedules and internal processing capacity.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for maintaining an active agreement with a supported third-party content provider and ensuring LCvista has the necessary access and permissions to perform content updates.
Customers are also responsible for reviewing and managing expired or outdated content within their catalog(s).
