Heart, Check & X Options

  • Use the heart to highlight a question. Only moderators can see which questions are highlighted; this doesn’t change the attendees' view at all:

  • Click the check badge to mark a question as answered or completed. By default, this will remove the question from the attendee’s view, but this can be changed in the Social Q&A settings:

  • Click the X to delete a question entirely. This will remove the question from both the attendees' and moderators' view, as well as the session engagement reports:

    Please Note: We are unable to restore any data that is permanently deleted. Please use caution when deleting data from the site, and consider checking it off instead.

Sort & Filter Questions

Sort and filter questions submitted by audience members:

Sort Options: 

  • Upvotes: Questions will be listed in order of upvotes, with the most upvotes at the top of the list
  • Newest First: The list of questions will show from newest to oldest, with the newest ones at the top.
  • Oldest First: The list of questions will show from oldest to newest, with the oldest ones at the top.

Sort (Filter) Options:

  • All: All questions will show in the moderator view
  • Saved: Only questions where the 'Heart' button is selected will show 
  • Completed: Only questions where the 'Check Mark' button is selected will show
  • Incomplete: Only questions where the 'Check Mark' button is NOT selected will show
  • Unanswered: Only questions where the moderator has NOT responded to the attendee's question will show
  • Presenter: Only questions assigned to that specific presenter will appear
    • Please Note: Sessions must have presenters assigned to them, and the 'Social Q&A Panel' enabled.

Respond Directly to Attendees

  • Respond to questions directly in the app. Click the question, enter a response, and click Save:
