Overview:
Sometimes you need to go back and resend past certificates. This article will specifically cover how to resend multi-session certificates.
Note: We highly recommend downloading a zip file of certificates to avoid repeating the steps below for each resend.
Resending Multi-Session Certificates
Step 1: Archive Current Sessions & Restore Past Sessions:
- Archive any sessions not applicable to the certificate
- Restore all relevant sessions
Step 2: Check that the certificate is marked as the "Primary Certificate"
- Navigate to the "Certificate Template Builder/Designer"
- Find the certificate you want to use
- Does the certificate have a star next to it, saying "yes", under the "Primary" column?
- If no: Click "Edit Name & Details"
- Click "Set as Primary (Default) Certificate"
- Click Save
Step 3: Verify that the fields and content on the certificate match the fields and content for the past event:
- Navigate to Admin > Certificate Template Builder/Designer
- Find the certificate you want to use
- Click "Customize Look & Feel"
- Make changes
- Click the floppy disk to save changes
Step 4: Update Certificate Configuration & Settings Section
- Admin > Certificate Configuration & Settings
- Update the Program Name
- If needed, update the Email Settings
Step 5: Check Certificate Information is Correct:
- Navigate to Admin > Combined Attendance & Multi-Session Certificates
- Find the attendees' record
- Download the PDF as a test
Step 6: Send the Certificate
- Navigate to Admin > Combined Attendance & Multi-Session Certificates
- Find the attendees' record
- Resend the certificate
